Suite Experience Guidelines
Whether this is your first trip or your fiftieth to the strip - you know that this is a town to create memories for a lifetime. Our Suite Experiences team is ready to create a special occasion right in the comfort and privacy of your suite.
All of our Suite Experiences feature:
- Amenities designed to perfectly compliment your Venetian or Palazzo suite
- In-room setup within your selected time frame for the perfect surprise
These celebrations are set up in your suite on the second day of your trip to ensure that you're settled into the perfect suite for your stay. Suite experiences are unable to be moved after set-up has been completed.
The Venetian Resort team members are committed to creating a memorable experience for you. To ensure your Suite Experience is perfect we ask that you leave your suite 30 minutes prior to the time you have selected. We will call your suite at that time just to make sure it's vacant…we don’t want to spoil the surprise!

Suite experiences require a two (2) hour time frame for set-up to be completed, during which the suite must be vacant, with the “Do Not Disturb” sign removed.
Suite Experience set-up times that are pushed past 4PM due to not vacating the suite during the scheduled time frame will be rescheduled for the following day.
Please contact us at least 2 hours prior to your set up time if your plans have changed and you are unable to vacate the suite as scheduled. You may reschedule one time without a rescheduling fee. For every additional request to change the time will be an additional $75.00 fee. We will Cancel your request after the third time change request . CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 8 HOURS WILL RECEIVE A 50% REFUND
